Our Story
I’ve always been surrounded by community, especially my motherhood community. But when I moved cross-country, that circle disappeared. Suddenly, I didn’t have the same support: no quick hugs, no familiar faces to lean on, and none of my girls to remind me to step outside of the heaviness for a moment.
Through the struggles of postpartum, distance, and loneliness, I realized just how privileged I had been to have a strong community of women growing up. I also realized how vital it is to have people who can pull you out of the dark, even for a few minutes, to shift your perspective, to remind you that you’re not alone. Because let’s face it, as humans, we act on emotions, and those emotions can cloud the way we see everything.
That’s when Her Hour was born. Out of my own search for connection, healing, and growth. Out of my longing for a space where women can gather without the weight of titles, expectations, or needing to have it all figured out.
The goal of Her Hour is to create a long-term, supportive community where women can pause from the demands of daily life to feel seen, celebrated, and connected.
Where Reflection Meets Joy
Her Hour inspires women, strengthens sisterhood, and creates a safe space for growth that lasts beyond a single night. It’s about balance — a soulful place to reflect, grow together, and also celebrate the joy of simply being yourself.
A Gathering with Intention
Each Her Hour gathering blends reflection, group-therapy–style support, and mentorship with moments of joy — music, dancing, and laughter that let women release the weight they carry. Through these intentional experiences.
Healing, Laughter, and Sisterhood
Her Hour is a movement for women’s connection and emotional wellness — part celebration, part reflection — designed to leave every woman feeling lighter, seen, and supported. It’s a space rooted in stillness, honesty, belonging, joy, sisterhood, and growth.
